As your doula, I provide steady, informed, and compassionate support throughout pregnancy, birth, and early postpartum. My role is to ensure you feel emotionally held, physically supported, and deeply prepared as you move through this transformative season.
What separates my care from many traditional doulas is that I bring together three disciplines: birth support, licensed massage therapy, and plant-based herbal care. This means you are not only receiving education and labor support — you are receiving hands-on bodywork, nervous system regulation, and thoughtfully prepared herbal blends designed specifically for pregnancy and postpartum recovery.
My services include prenatal visits focused on birth education and partner preparation, continuous labor support, and postpartum care that may incorporate massage, belly binding, and traditional closing rituals. Clients also receive custom herbal teas and recovery blends to nourish the body before and after birth.
This is full-spectrum support — practical, embodied, and deeply attentive — so you feel confident, cared for, and never alone in the process.
