This is followed by a soothing abdominal massage, using gentle, supportive touch to encourage relaxation of the core, ease tension, and support reconnection with the body after birth. A cleansing ritual then helps create a grounded, peaceful space for your experience, encouraging emotional release and a sense of energetic reset. You are then guided into deep rest as your body is gently wrapped and supported with soft scarves, offering warmth, comfort, and containment. This wrapping is designed to help the body settle, promote relaxation, and support a felt sense of being held and supported. The ritual concludes with a sound bowl meditation, using calming vibrations to support nervous system regulation, emotional integration, and deep rest.
