Apply Enchanted Bloom Eyelash & Brow Serum once daily, preferably at night after cleansing your face. Using the mascara wand, gently brush the serum onto clean, dry lashes and brows.
For lashes: Apply a light coat to the top and bottom lash lines, starting at the base and sweeping upward. Avoid getting serum directly into the eyes.
